Refund policy
Returns
We accept returns on all items within 30 days of delivery.
How to start a return:
- Email support@corravale.com with your order number and the reason for return.
- If the item is defective or damaged, include a photo — we'll issue a full refund immediately, no return shipment required.
- For items priced $150 or more, we may require the item to be shipped back before issuing a refund, in addition to photos, for defective or damaged claims. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
- For all other returns, reply and we'll provide a return address. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
- Once we receive the returned item, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
We do not offer exchanges or replacements.
