Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns on all items within 30 days of delivery.

How to start a return:
1. Email support@corravale.com with your order number and the reason for return.
2. If the item is defective or damaged, include a photo — we'll issue a full 
   refund immediately, no return shipment required.
3. For all other returns, reply and we'll provide a return address. The item 
   must be unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the 
   customer's responsibility.
4. Once we receive the returned item, your refund will be issued to your 
   original payment method within 5-10 business days.

We do not offer exchanges or replacements — if you'd like a different item, 
return your original order for a refund and place a new order.
