Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 6–20 business days depending on the item and destination, for a total estimated delivery time of about 7–23 business days. All orders ship free within the United States — we currently ship only within the U.S.

We accept returns on all items within 30 days of delivery.

How to start a return: email support@corravale.com with your order number and the reason for return. If the item is defective or damaged, include a photo — for items under $150, we'll issue a full refund immediately, no return shipment required. For items $150 or more, we may require the item to be shipped back before issuing a refund (return shipping is the customer's responsibility). For all other returns, reply and we'll provide a return address — the item must be unused and in its original packaging, and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Once we receive a returned item, the refund is issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. We don't offer exchanges — return the original order for a refund and place a new order for a different item.

Wipe ceramic and marble pieces with a soft, dry cloth — avoid harsh cleaners. Keep rattan and other natural fiber pieces away from prolonged moisture. For canvas art, tapestries, and textiles, spot clean gently and keep out of direct, prolonged sunlight to preserve color.
